Back on track!

Hey yall Hey! It's been a min since I posted a blog. I haven't forgotten. I've been a bit overwhelmed with the pressure to "do it all" so I didn't. I did what I could... I'm learning to set boundaries for myself so others can also respect them (my boundaries).

I still did my weekly activities and my daily heart walk. I feel good. Just haven't shared. I know I know. I need to do better with that.
