Hey yall Hey!! Checking in. Use your bonus sections in any of the editions (fitness challenge listed in updated self care and dating editions) to create your own fitness challenge. Do it alone or with others.


I'm not sure why this challenge popped in my head but it did and I'm doing it. I didn't start this hoping to lose a bunch of weight or to cut a bunch of foods but I can say that already I FEEL good and I find it easier to make better food choices and drink more water.
